DHUBE is one of the stars of asterism the Big Dipper.
The Big Dipper is in the constellation Ursa Major,

DUBHE is at the top of the ladle, and in Ursa Major, 

it's right on it’s back.
The Big Dipper is easy to find in the spring starry sky

This leads to the mythological interpretation that DUBHE is a guide to the world of the gods and goddesses.

For the bear symbol, it is read as a feminine force 

that buries inward and hibernates in fixed star astrology.

When I actually visit DUBHE in meditation,
after I’m spilt into nine parts through a prism I’m united in one,
then there is a sensation of a straight line connection via the umbilical cord
between what gave birth to me and what I give birth to.

The navel is the connection between mother and child on Earth,

but also in oviparous animal such as reptiles and birds.

And even on the aura, the energy cord that connects mother and child extends from the navel.

北斗七星は春の星空で目立ちやすく
北極星と真北の方角を探す道標にもなります。

熊のシンボルから
内側に引きこもる

MIZAR of Ursa Major 大熊座ミザール

大熊座は月の女神アルテミスの従者である美しいニンフのカリストーが

ゼウスによって見染められ子を身篭り

ゼウスの妻ヘラの嫉妬によって大熊にされ

15年後森で成長した息子に狩られそうになったところを

ゼウスによって天にあげられたという神話があります。

ミザールは大熊座の恒星で2等星です。

北斗七星を形成する恒星の1つで、ひしゃくの柄の先端から2番目に位置します。

視力の良い観測者はすぐそばにアルコル（4等星）があるのが分かります。

この2つの星はしばしば馬と騎手に例えられ

またアルコルを見分けられるかどうかが昔から視力の検査に用いられてました。

北斗七星は大熊座の七つ星です。

中国では、輔星と弼星と合わせた北斗九星と呼ぶこともあります。
