この星とα星とを結んだ線分をα星の方向へ伸ばすと北極星へ、

β星の方向へ伸ばすとレグルスへと導かれる。

The Big Dipper, with PHECDA, is an asterism of seven bright fixed stars that make up the waist to tail of Ursa Major.

The box of the Big Dipper in Ursa Major is made up of the stars α star DUBHE, β star MERAK, γ star PHECDA and δ star MEGREZ.

Ursa Major is symbolized by a hibernating bear, which hibernates, sleeps, and digs up its inner world wherever it can.

Sleep changes the focus of consciousness from the earthly world to the celestial world.

While earthly values are based on dependency, the heavenly world makes everything autonomous and self-reliant.

The Big Dipper represents Tao in Taoism, and has a Shugendo (the "Way of Trial & Practice", the "Way of Shugen, or Gen-practice" in Japan)-like seriousness, in which PHECDA is also a seeker about self-image.

When I actually visit PHECDA in meditation,

there is a sensation of progress along thing which has universal pattern.
It doesn't create novelty, just follow the path and stabilize the pattern.
A universal pattern is a concept that can be applied to any world in the universe, for example, two spheres combined to symbolize the mark of ∞ or the cell division of an ova.
PHECDA will continue to picture the pattern that represents the "eternal I".

If you take star PHECDA's energy directly via Star Elixir which is infused star energy, 

there is a sensation of the DNA pattern sense within the self becomes clearer.

It has the effect of restoring the "eternal I" that was originally there, so it removes the impurities that shake the self.
